Our catering menus have been specifically designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes. With this wide range we can accommodate a very casual function to the most elegant.

As Swans Hotel is a restored 1913 heritage building we are able to provide a distinctively different atmosphere for business meetings, networking mixers, staff paries, cocktail receptions or any special occasion event. The old world charm, character and elegance coupled with one of the largest private art collections in western Canada; it is always a conversation piece for guests!

We have a wide selection of meeting and function rooms to meet your needs. A brief description has been provided below. As our rooms are unique it is difficult to provide adequate descriptions therefore we recommend that you contact us to make an appointment to receive a personal tour and pricing for the the space you are interested in.

The Collard Room The Collard Room is conveniently located on the main level of the hotel; beside our award winning brewpub and can also adjoin our Wild Saffron Bistro. The Collard Room can accommodate both small and large groups in a variety of layouts.

The Penthouse Suite & Rooftop Terrace Awarded "Best Intimate Space in Canada" Our incomparably luxurious Penthouse Suite is a perfect reception setting for up to 100 people*. Other options are available for larger groups. With over 3,000 sq ft spanned over 3 levels filled with antiques and unique pieces of original artwork displayed throughout. This is a "must see" please call to arrange for a personal tour. *The capacity is variable depending on the time of year, due to the practical use of the Rooftop Terrace.

The Marquee Room The Marquee Room is our largest function space with over 4,000 sq ft. it can accommodate up to 200 guests. The atmosphere provides a modern feel and casual elegance. It has a large dance floor, a professional DJ booth, a sound & lighting system, a billiards table, large bar & food service service area, as well as coat check room. This private space is accessible independently beside our Store Street entrance. The Marquee Room can be used in a variety of ways and in conjunction with our award winning Penthouse Suite & Rooftop Terrace.

The Wild Saffron Bistro A contemporary intimate setting which can accommodate up to 60 for sit-down meals or 100 reception-style in conjunction with the Collard Room. Upon request the Wild Saffron Bistro can also be used as a private function space.

The Cygnet Room The Cygnet Room is located on the second floor of the hotel. It is an intimate suite ideally suited for smaller groups of up to 15 people. Often used as a "breakout space" or for "brainstorming sessions".
