	The Collard Room The Collard Room is a unique function space featuring heritage brick walls, large windows, and original artwork. It is located on the main floor of Swans Hotel. It is used for a variety of functions from casual to formal or small to large gatherings. The Collard Room can also be used in conjunction with our Wild Saffron Bistro for up to 100 reception-style. more info »



			The Wild Saffron Bistro A contemporary intimate setting which can accommodate up to 60 for sit-down meals or 100 reception-style in conjunction with the Collard Room.



	The Cygnet Room The Cygnet Room is located on the second floor of the Hotel. It is an intimate suite, ideally suited for smaller meetings, breakout space or 'brainstorming' sessions.

Rooftop Terrace

Our incomparably luxurious Penthouse is the perfect setting for business or wedding receptions. Our 3,000 square ft Penthouse spans over three levels. It is filled with antiques and original artwork (including 12ft totem carving). It overlooks Victoria's spectacular Inner Harbour, featuring a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city, Inner Harbour and surrounding mountains.

	The Marquee Room If you are looking for the perfect space to hold your, holiday staff party, great cocktail reception, wedding reception or other special event look no further! Our recently renovated 4000 sq. ft. Marquee Room can accommodate up to 200 guests in a wide variety of layouts.
