On the main level of the hotel is the Brewpub where we have live bands
playing each evening. As Swans is a Heritage Building with original open
beams we recognize that sound travels from below. Therefore we have 4
suites that are affected by this. These suites are characterized as “Entertainment
Suites” and are available at reduced rates. They are ideal for people
who do not mind loud music and conversations stemming from the brewpub
below.
We do not recommend these particular suites for families
with young children or for those who are looking for a “quiet getaway”. These suites are extremely noisy!!
"Entertainment" Studio Suite
The layout of our studio suites are open concept featuring a
queen or king size bed, private washroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Ideal for one or two people.
"Entertainment" One Bedroom Queen
Suite
Our unique one bedroom suites are on one level. Featuring a private bedroom
with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private
washroom and a spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa bed. Ideal
for up to 4 people.

By reserving an "Entertainment Suite" you acknowledge that you understand that these suites are significantly affected by the music and conversations coming from the Brewpub below until 2:00am.
- All rates are in Canadian currency, subject to
applicable taxes and may change without notice
- Cancellation Policy is 48 hours prior to arrival from October 1
to May 30
- Cancellation Policy is 7 days prior to arrival from June 1 to September
30
- All reservations that are not cancelled within the above
noted time frames will be subject to a charge equivalent to entire
reservation unless the suite can be resold.
- Two children 12 years old and under stay free in same suite as
parents
- $35.00 for each additional person (includes continental breakfast)
- Parking is available upon request for $9.00 per day
- Check in time is 4:00pm
- Check out time is 11:00am
- A late checkout may be requested however additional charges will
apply
- All suites are 100% NON SMOKING
- Sorry, no pets allowed in our suites
