I stayed at the Swans for 5 1/2 years, and loved every minute of it. Michael was in the process of building his penthouse, and I really enjoyed seeing his progress. He was a wonderful man. Those were very memorable year I will never forget, and I look forward to staying at the Swans in the very near future.

The Swans hotel is a fabulous friendly place to stay. The staff went out of their way to assist us with internet access... even making a meeting room available to us so we could send some urgent e-mails. The hotel is a great home away from home. We really enjoyed the nightly entertainment in the pub.. especially since we are avid ballroom dancers and the music was fabulous every night we were there. We will be back!

I have lots of lunches and dinners and what not and I daresay that Swans has by far the most consistent and superior quality in regards to staff and service. Food and beer are always excellent and the live bands top it up. It's just a very nice place to be.

Wow! We've been coming here every year for our anniversary and the new remodeled rooms are wonderful. Very tastefully done and made us feel like we were in a home away from home. The restaurant is top notch too! Easily the best value in Victoria. No - we were not paid to say this! :-)

Everything went beautifully for our conference. So wonderful in fact that the conference participants voted unanimously to return to Victoria and to Swans Suite for next year's conference. You arrangements were impeccable regarding the cocktail. It was exactly the right kind of casual elegant ambience we were looking for. The meeting sessions were very well served by the staff of the Brewpub and the lunch was excellent. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful to everyone, including handing out umbrellas to all our forgetful participants. Everyone so enjoyed Swans that many said not only would they be returning for next year's conference, but intended to return to Swans for private visits as well. ...our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff who helped make our conference an extremely successful one.

We really enjoyed the package, our dinner at the Wild Saffron Bistro, carriage ride, and had a spectacular breakfast in the pub restaurant. How fantastic for the price. This is a great place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown Victoria, their suites are FABULOUS and affordable, and you can't beat the homebrewed beers! Do not hesitate a moment to book a room here, you'll love it!

Really nice place for a family, the 2 bedroom suite we had was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to about everywhere in the inner harbour. The pub and bistro were great to have breakfast, dinner, or just a pint or two!!
